These are starting points. We write the firm fee before work starts, based on your monthly Azure spend and the agreed scope. Timing is about 10 business days from read-only access. You get a written report: inventory baseline, waste and right-sizing, change and drift, cost anomalies, estimated savings per item, top fixes ranked by cost, and a debrief call.
Billing is PO and invoice. No deposit. We invoice on delivery of the report, net 30 unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How it starts
- Book a 30-minute working session. You share one subscription's Cost Management view. We name the top 3 places we would look. You get a straight answer on whether a Waste Pass is worth it.
- You sign the engagement letter.
- Waste Pass: you pay by card through the Stripe link we send. Full assessment: PO and invoice.
- You grant read-only access and the clock starts.
The session needs no credentials and installs nothing. Findings carry into the Waste Pass so we do not cover the same ground twice. Evening slots are limited.
Not included
- Changes to your tenant or resources. We do not remediate. You decide and implement.
- On-site work.
- Ongoing monitoring.
- Scope beyond the written engagement.
- Licensing, Microsoft support tickets, or third-party tools.
- Realized savings. The report finds them. Banking them depends on what you change.
