The SaaS application

We built a multi-tenant control plane for cloud cost and change. It is the instrumentation behind the Azure Assessment. Azure first, with AWS and GCP collectors in progress.

What it does

• Inventory: full-state snapshots of each subscription. What exists, what it costs, who owns it.
• Waste ranked by cost: idle VMs, orphaned disks, oversized SKUs, forgotten dev environments.
• Changes: what changed before the invoice did. SKUs added, tiers raised, new regions.
• Change checks every 15 minutes, a full inventory daily, and Azure Advisor cost recommendations synced hourly.
• Approvals: only allow-listed remediations. High-risk changes always need a person. No unattended production changes.

How you can use it

Today it runs inside the Azure Assessment. Ongoing watching with the same tool is available as a follow-on engagement after an assessment. Ask us about it in a working session.
