Azure cost assessments

We find Azure waste and build the tools we use to do it.

CloudRavel works remotely, with read-only access. We make recommendations. You decide what changes.

What we do

Azure Assessment

A firm-quote look at one subscription or your whole estate. Waste ranked by cost. Waste Pass is $2,000 flat with a fix-list in about 5 business days. The full assessment starts at about $4,500 and takes about 10 business days. Book an Azure working session.

The SaaS application

The control plane we built and use for the assessment. Azure first. Inventory, changes, approvals, and cost recommendations in one place.

How we work

Questions

Do you need write access to our Azure tenant?

No. We work with read-only access: Reader and Cost Management Reader on the agreed subscriptions. We make no changes to your environment. You decide what changes.

How long does an Azure Waste Pass take?

About 5 business days from read-only access. The full assessment takes about 10 business days.

Will you promise a savings amount?

No. We do not promise a savings number on any tier. The fix-list shows estimated savings per line item, and you keep it either way.

How do we pay?

Waste Pass: you sign the engagement letter first, then pay by card through the Stripe link we send. The full assessment is PO and invoice, net 30.

Who do you work with?

US companies with meaningful Azure spend.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute working session, or send us a message through the contact form.
